So, I don't think I have spent this much time online except for back in the day when my whole life was spent on online gaming we are talking original Halo and Warcraft Age of Empires!!

I have posted bulletines on facebook in itunes and the orange county network. Posted a couple online classfied ads...So far no signups but i have had to date 41 page views for the mall...I need better way to explain how to sign up.
IDEA: for those of you who join wowy please add me as a buddy screen name is arusak that way we can do our workout together and feel accountable for our workouts!!
