day 5 & 6
Wow... the weather yesterday ~Good Friday~ and today is unbelievable. Today I am doing the 20 minute workout on TURBO JAM and entering it in on MILLION DOLLAR BODY ~ JOIN WOWY FOR FREE~ for a chance to win $300 today!!
It is an unbelievable opportunity. I will do measurements and post photos next week so you can see how great this is.
My mom, did the 2-day fast formula and losed 7lbs and 1 pant size and has not gained it back!! this system really does work!!

Day 3 & 4

yesterday and today are the days of rests for working out. News you can use though
On April 30 from 5 - 10 p.m., Baskin-Robbins will be reducing prices of ice cream scoops to 31 cents and paying tribute to America's firefighting heroes. Baskin-Robbins will be partnering with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and providing them with a $100,000 donation.

Day 2
So, I don't think I have spent this much time online except for back in the day when my whole life was spent on online gaming we are talking original Halo and Warcraft Age of Empires!!
Todays update I created a squidoo....I am not really sure on how this whole thing worksout...fave me here is the link www.squidoo.com/jaqinthemac
I have posted bulletines on facebook in itunes and the orange county network. Posted a couple online classfied ads...So far no signups but i have had to date 41 page views for the mall...I need better way to explain how to sign up.
IDEA: for those of you who join wowy please add me as a buddy screen name is arusak that way we can do our workout together and feel accountable for our workouts!!

Day 1
hello hello,
brief intro to myself I am 21 years old a college student out at Long beach city college I am apparently taking the 6 year junior college planning to transfer eventually one day hahaha
So something very difficult for myself is making enough money while trying to focus on staying healthy and focusing on school YUCK I have run into a few pretty cool ventures both are free and I can make money off of each of them HELLO THATS EVEN BETTER.
